About Your Personal Trainer
Tracey Blomquist, B.A., P.T.S.
Tracey is the owner and operator of LifeFit.ca. She is certified as a Can-Fit-Pro Personal Trainer Specialist, has a B.A. in Psychology, a Diploma in Gerontology, has taught Cage Fitness at a local MMA school, and she has achieved her brown sash in Mixed Martial Arts.
She is the mother of three teenaged boys, and she knows how hectic life can be and how difficult it is to find time to make fitness a part of our lives. She also knows how wonderful it feels to be fit and to have the energy and state of mind to cope with life's everyday stresses.
